6. CHAMPION AND SPECIAL RULES FOR GROUP 7
”STÅENDE FÅGELHUNDAR”. These rules can be changed by the ”Tävlings- och Championatbestämmelser” producedby the SKK. (The Swedish Kennel Club.).
6.1 Special rules for shows.
Winners’ class (Skl.) Dog who has received requested number of Certificates (cert) to become Swedish show champion is notallowed to participate in winners’ class. This means national champion who has been awarded with one cert in Sweden, but has not got show merits enough to become Swedish show champion, are not allowed to participate in winners’ class. Dogs have to be above the age of 24 month to become Swedish show champion, junior dogs can therefor be awarded with unlimited number of Cert. To be able to enter the winners class the dog needs a previous award of 3rd price or higher in puppy (Ukl) or open stake (Ökl) in trials for pointers and setters.
Certificate (cert)All dogs in winners class with CK (Certificate quality) will be awarded a certificate.
Class for working dogs.The requirement for dog to enter the class for working dogs is 2nd price or higher in any class with qualityjudgement or participating in champion or veteran class and by the judge considered to be of quality equivalent to 2nd price or higher. As field trial qualification is the requirement a 3rd price or higher in puppy (Ukl) or open stake (Ökl) .
6.1.1 Swedish Show Champion, SUCh, Pointers and setters.
Show Champion SUCh.
either: Three * cert received at shows in Sweden awarded by minimum two judges. One (1) cert shouldbe received after the dog has reached an age of 24 month. * It will be sufficient with one cert awarded in Sweden for dog who has reached, of the SKK approved, national Show Champion status if the previous and the following requirements are fulfilled. Minimum 1st price in open stake (Ökl) at trials ** in a Nordic country. Additional requirements for Gordon setters and Irish setters are certificate of sound hips and tattoo or other aid for identification.
or: Two cert received at shows in Sweden awarded by minimum two judges. One cert should thereceived after the dog has reached an age of 24 month. One cert at field trial ** in a Nordic country (in Norway 1 vk with CK). Additional requirements for Gordon setters and Irish setters are certificate of sound hips and tattoo or other aid for identification.
6.1.2 Show Champion (forest), SU(s)Ch**
If all working merits for the Champion status has been received at forest trials.
6.2 Nordic Show Champion, special requirements.
SUCh who would like to become NUCh:One cert from Norway received at a NKK show or an other so called cert show. The certificates should beawarded by three judges.
SUCh who would like to become NordUCh:Approved Show Champion in two additional Nordic countries.
6.3 Swedish Field Trial Champion, SJCh.Pointers and setters.
Field Trial Champion.
either: Three cert received at field trials, one of these at trial in Sweden where birds where allowed to bebrought down. Minimum two cert has to be awarded at Swedish trials. The third cert can be replaced with a 1st price with CK at winners stake in Norway or by a cert from Finland or Denmark. One cert should be received at trial open for all breeds of pointer and setter. Awarded a 2nd price or higher, after the age of 15 month, at show with quality judgement in any of the Nordic countries. Additional requirements for Gordon setters and Irish setters are certificate of sound hips and tattoo or other aid for identification.

6.4 Nordic Field Trial Champion, special requirements.
SJCh who would like to become NJCh:CACIT , reserve CACIT or Price of Honour (Hp) at forest trial in Norway and a 1st price, after the age of 24month, at show with quality judgement any of the Nordic countries.
SJCh who would like to become NordJCh:Approved Field Trial Champion in two additional Nordic countries.
6.5 International Show Champion, IntUCh.
Two CACIB awarded in two countries by two judges and field trial merits according to SUCh. OneCACIB should be awarded in the country of residence of the owner or the country of origin for the breed. Minimum one year and one day should pass between first and second CACIB. The dog should be approved Swedish Show Champion. (SUCh.)
6.6 International Field Trial Champion, IntJCh.
Two CACIT awarded in two countries and minimum 2nd price, after the age of 15 month, at internationalshow with quality judgement. The dog should be approved Swedish Field Trial Champion.(SJCh.) Requirements for Gordon setters and Irish setters are certificate of sound hips and tattoo or other aid for identification.
Requirement to receive the letter J in the stud book: Trial merit of 3rd price or higher at puppy (Ukl) oropen stake (Ökl).
